Is anyone is FL?

My fianc? and I seem to be heading for a split. He looooves her and is pretty good with her but has gotten into drugs and lying lately. I read about the change in custody laws but wanted to see if anyone had experience in FL? I want him in her life but supervised until I know the drugs and lying has stopped. His family (a whole different story) would be a huge danger to her if he ever were to leave her there for babysitting or not watched closely. Any advice or insight? thanks

    I'm not in FL (I live in CA) but I've dealt with an ex who was addicted to drugs.  If you want my blog address let me know, I talk about it quite a lot in there.  He has supervised visitation now, and we are moving to short, unsupervised visits.  The stipulation has been that he will continue to get drug tested twice a week (he does this as part of his probation).  If he fails a drug test his visitation is revoked.
