FU to Heartburn at Night

I ate an apple before bed last night and no heartburn during the nighttime hours!  Sweet sweet relief!!

Still didn't stop me from hoping out of bed every couple of hours to pee though Tongue Tied

    I had heartburn all last night and still today, and it's killing me. I can't leave work just yet, but I think I'l going to leave early just so I can find relief from it (i.e. apple or tums!)

    I didn't have any last night either!!! Woo HOO!  For the first time in a week - it was great!

    Not so great: I woke up and couldn't fall back asleep for absolutely no reason....frusterating since there was no apparent reason I was wide eyed for 3 hours during the middle of the night.

    I have heartburn all night, every night, and I also have to get up to pee way too much. Super Angry
