I'm breastfeeding, and I have no idea what is safe for me to take. I have been awake for 3.5 hours, this headache is keeping me awake

have you tried ibuprofen? You can only take acetaminophen while pregnant but ibuprofen is ok while breastfeeding

advil, motrin, or tylenol...all safe, just stick to the dosage, don't over do it
