I have switched doctors this time around and they do their appointments differently - my first appointment will be at 6w5d and my 2nd appointment is already scheduled for 10w5d. Anyone know if they will even attempt an u/s at my first appointment or will they wait until the second one? Just curious. Thanks!

Re: earliest they will do an u/s?
I will check out the FAQ - thanks! I am surprised that your ob's office doesn't do it until 20 weeks. My last one did it at 9 weeks, but you are right that all practices are different. Thanks for the help!
I think I would go nuts! But I'm sure I'm already half way there!
haha - pregnancy & motherhood have definitely made me lose my marbles. And my memory. I now say I'm an excellent secret keeper because I probably won't remember what you told me five minutes later.
Well this is my first pregnancy but I'm sure just the family I had growing up was enough to make me lose my marbles. Or maybe it was trying to help raise my little brother at the age of 14 (he was about 9 and my parents both worked a lot)!
With my daughter my first wasn't until 12 weeks. This time I will have one at 6 1/2 weeks because I had a mc earlier this year.
