sick or baby? (tmi)

i have heard/been told and read so many things i don't know what to think. my doctor actually said "stop googleing" because it can be helpful but it can also freak you out. Any ways last night i started to feel sick i spent majority of the night in the bathroom with diarrhea and some vomiting. the night before same thing without the vomiting. I've read that this could be my body clearing out getting ready for baby? anyone else have these symptoms?

I've been having similar symptoms... Last night I had some stomach pains with nausea and ended up throwing up (ugh). This morning, I've already had two bowel movements that are pretty light in color.
I called the hospital last night (didn't want to bother the on-call doctor if it wasn't something serious) and the nurse I spoke with didn't seem to be too concerned. She told me to talk to my doctor about it if it keeps happening.
I have a call into my doctor - we'll see what she says.
I hope you're feeling better... If you feel like I have for the past 12 hours or so, I know it's not fun!
Yeah, stop googling. There are tons of common symptoms that the internet can attribute to rare conditions. Call your doc with your questions.
Contractions really are the best indicator that you're in labor. You could be in the early stages, or you could have caught a cold or something that's causing these symptoms. Just take it easy, drink plenty of fluid, and wait it out. Good luck.
