Primrose oil and tea

Im trying to have this baby yes I am. I have been taking the primrose oil and I have been drinking the red rasberry leaf tea for a week now. I also walked two miles today. Has anyone taken either of these do you think its working/helping. I was completly closed last thursday and 20% effaced I go in tomorrow so will see if I have any progess.

My neighbor gave me a bunch of raspberry tea, so I guess she thinks it works lol.

I haven't tried the primrose oil but have been drinking the tea for like two weeks now - at first once a day now like 4 times a day. Went to the dr today and found out I am 80% effaced and 3 cm dilated. I don't know if it's from the tea or just a coincidence, but I personally think it's worth a try. I think it tastes okay so I figured I might as well try.

I've been drinking the tea for over 2 months now. My MW started me on the EPO orally 4 weeks ago and vaginally last week. I don't know if it is helping, because there is no way of knowing what my cervix would be like if I wasn't taking them. But at my 36 and 38 w cervical exams I was soft and 50% effaced. No exam this week, but Baby is dropping, so effacment is continuing.

I had zero progress last Friday so I am interested to see what happens at this appointment since I have gone back to work this week. I definitely feel the baby has dropped a little, as I can now breathe. I offered to go back for 5 hour shifts and it has been so busy and chaotic that I ended up staying for 9 hours on Christmas and 7 hours the next day. My back hurt sooooo bad! Been off the last 2 days, but hoping that standing and running around at work did something down there!

I went in today..only 1/2 cm dilated at thinning cervix.

Starting today I am taking 2, 1300mg primrose caplets and will attempt to insert one vaginally too.

I will post my progress in a week when I see my Dr.

I am also taking primrose oil orally.. two capsules a day. Just started taking them on Monday,

Last weeks appt I was 2 cm dilated and 70% effaced.
Yesterdays appt I was 3 cm dilated,. 70% effaced, has my membranes sweeped and my doctor said my cervix is "very favorable and she is loving it" LoL

Your baby will come when they are ready! I haven't done any of the OWTs and I am already dilating and 50% effaced.
