MFI ladies: Success after 1st pg without treatment?

Just curious if anyone here was able to get pg on their own, without treatment after already having a baby. DH and I did 2 rounds of IVF to have our baby and now we are not using any bc methods. He thinks its impossible, I say its never impossible but odds are certainly not in our favor. He had low count and motility/morph issues as well but some normal ones at least.

    Thx they think they are little princesses these days ;) And I am a tad paranoid this time. It's been weird.

    I absolutely do not think you're being paranoid. It certainly has been up and down so far, and that combined with hormones is not cool at all. How many did you transfer?

    We had both male (severe MFI - low count/morph/motility) and female (completely anovulatory, as in I had never had an unmedicated period before getting pregnant) and shockingly found ourselves pregnant without assistance when our son was 16 months old. It can definitely happen. Good luck!

    My DH had low morph (2-3%) and low to low/normal count and motility.  We got pg before I even got a pp AF when DS was 7 months old.  Good luck!

    My DH has severe mfi - extremely low counts (less than a million post wash), poor morph & motility. We had 3 failed fresh IVF with ICSI, got pg with an fet, then a surprise BFP when dd was 1 yr old. DH did have a varicocele embolzations at johns Hopkins under the care of on of the top reproductive urologists in the country & he still gave us single digit odds of success without treatment.
