Tell me about the Dailey Method

There's a good deal on Amazon Local for a studio really close to me. I know a few ladies here do it so I thought I'd ask. Is it really that great? What do you love about it? I really need to get my butt in gear and this seems like a potentially enjoyable way to do it. TIA!

I thought it was a super workout. I also tried it out on a deal. Definitely try it out!

Oh, what I liked about it. It was difficult while using small weights, the core work was great. What I didn't like about it, I am not flexible at all and one workout really stretched my hamstrings too much (where I have a previous injury) so I was hurt for a while by it. But knowing that I took it easier for the next class.

I really enjoyed the classes when I went. The hour went by quickly and I felt that I got a good workout.

Do you mind posting the link? I've been a couple of times and liked it a lot. If you haven't worked out in a while, be prepared for some crazy soreness. It's amazing how the little movements work so well!
