Can I get some job dust for DH?

DH has been at his current job for 4.5 years now, and while he loves what he does, he is feeling pretty burnt out, mainly because there isn't a way to increase his salary. He is a hard worker, but it doesn't make a difference paycheck to paycheck, and he is really hoping to get into the private sector, or into a higher paying government job. He has been challenged with this since his grades weren't stellar, but he has a great track record at work. I just feel for him because he is so frustrated with himself.

Anyway... he has an interview tomorrow and we are super excited! Any dust, good vibes, or prayers would be so appreciated!!

(and I'll probably DD this later, he would kill me if he knew I put his chit on the interwebs)
