Scar pain during subsequent pregnancy

Our second born will be a year old on the 27th, and I'm due with #3 on March 8 (not planned this close together, but still exciting). There was 4.5 years between first and second born and I didn't really have any issues with my incision. This time around when I sneeze, cough, or have a Braxton hicks it feels like my scar is going to tear open. Has anyone else had this?

    I never had any pain in my incision. I did feel more sore in the lower part of my stomach and could feel the scar tissue pulling.

    I just started feeling sore at my incision when I cough and when I get in and out of bed, especially after a long day.  I'm only 11 weeks pregnant and dd is 5.5 months old.  The doctor said this is normal and to take it easy.
