Bright yellow spit up

DD just had a large spit up that was milk mixed with bright yellow liquid. She hasn't pooped all day, just a couple of small smears. Should I be concerned? Call her doc?
Born at 26 weeks 2 days gestation, 2 pounds 2 ounces due to IC/PTL,
and after 82 days in the NICU, our little girl is home!

    I remember one specific time when DD threw up a TON of what looked like bright yellow slimy stuff. I did call the pedi and they told me to keep an eye on her and suppliment with a bit of pedialyte if I thought she was getting dehydrated. Just like 1 ounce. Honestly they didn't sound concerned at all...
