i like BIG diaper bags- even when i just had one child... it's all about preference... it's like purses, some like huge, some small, some backpacks, etc.
i have owned many - i liked to get a new one every 4-6 months since i don't buy purses anymore.
i have had cheap ones and expensive ones and liked most.
Skip Hop Duo Delux is a great BIG bag.... lots of pockets, etc.
Petunia Picklebottom bags are really nice- i have a Weekender that is huge and i love, and i have a clutch that i got to take when i'm just running out quick- but i have not used it yet with the kids- instead i use it when i'm going out to dinner, lol - it's a CAKE edition and i love it - so pretty and functional.
i had a Vera Bradley diaper bag - wasn't crazy about having the 2 straps back then b/c i'd over-fill it and they'd always fall off.... so i try to get bags with 1 big strap (or a choice of 2 or 1).
right now i'm using a Mia Bossi I got on a clearance site - LOVE it- it's more like a big purse.
i also have a couple bags from www.pinningtonbags.com - got as gifts - they are VERY nice.
I used to be Goldie_locks_5 but the new nest is so screwed up that I was forced to start over.
DS#1 was 27 mos when the twins were born and I ended up getting him a little Elmo backpack that I could pack his diapers/ wipes, snacks, sippy cups in because managing all the stuff in one bag was just too much.
I ended up getting this ("Alex Stitched Black Patent Leather") diaper bag for the twins which I love (it's big, lots of pockets, removable diaper changer, easy to wipe, stroller attachment hooks, etc..), but I just checked and they only have it in white at this point form the Coach website.

watching this thread! DD will be 3 when the twins arrive and she currently carries her own little backpack but I plan on CDing the duo so I will need something with plenty of space.
