Back pain

I had really bad cramping in my shoulders and upper back during my csection which they said was completely normal. Now I feel them every so often while I am at home. Does anyone else have this problem? It's only been six days, so I am hoping it goes away or else I am clear to start seeing my chiropractor again soon.
Edited because I am an English teacher and that's what we do.

I did for the first 8 or 9 weeks and then it pretty much went away. My back will still occasionally cramp up.

I had pain like (not cramping) this while still in the hospital 2-3 days PP. My nurse told me it's actually caused by gas. The pressure from the gas puts pressure on one of your nerves which causes the pain. I couldn't believe how bad it was. The gas pills (simethicone) they gave me plus sennakot helped.
