Follow-up re: my dog

we put our dog down this morning. i was in dallas all last week with my family, and he just wasn't keeping any food down. when i got back on sunday, he looked even skinnier. i just couldn't let him keep wasting away.

I'm so sorry. I know how hard that is. Just know you did the right thing by him. I'm sure he was a lucky and happy dog who had a great life.

T, I am so, so sorry. I will be sending you all my good thoughts. We had to put our lab down b/c of cancer back in June, so I can totally relate. Be as sad as you need to be. Try to take care of yourself--play with B, go for a walk, cry, whatever you need.
ETA: PP is right, you did the right thing for him. Being a pet parent is so hard sometimes!
