I hope each and every Snowflake had a nice holiday weekend. I went in for my baseline blood draw and ultrasound this morning. My RE said everything looks great and I am clear to start stims tomorrow. P.S. How about a poll for fun![Poll]

Severe MFI. Me: supposedly all clear but eggs showed vacuoles.
IVF #1 January 2012, ER Jan 14th: 34R, 27M, 23F. Day 3: 18 embies still strong. Day 5: zero "good," one "fair," the rest "poor." Transferred 3. None made it to blast or to freeze. Jan 28: BFN.
Lucky IVF #2: Transferred two beautiful day three embies on St. Patrick's Day. BFP on HPT 7dp3dt. Beta 1 (14dpER)=106; Beta 2 (16dpER)=140; Beta 3 (19dpER)=264! First u/s 4.17.

October 2011 Dx: Endo & DOR/ November 2011- clomid & TI cycle
January 2012 IVF~ Flare protocol 10 ER/ 9 mature fertilized with ICSI/ ET- 2 Grade A Blasts/ 4 frozen= BFN
Febuary 2012- -Endo Biopsy/ MTHFR diagnosis
March 8- FET 2 grade A blasts= BFP!!!!
November 2012- Charles was born by emergency C-Section
Dealing with:
Stage III Endo/ DOR/ MTHFR two mutations C677T & A1298C
Currently TTC #2 FET planned January 2014

So an update on me...I am DOR/Poor responder so this won't sound stellar compared to others but I had 3 eggs retrieved today. One is definitely mature and we are waiting for the fert report tomorrow to hear about the others. I am hoping that Quality over Quantity will be our motto.
I was doing acupuncture twice a week to work on egg quality so let's hope that it helped!!

We had our injection training today and start lupron tomorrow so it finally feels like this is for real now!! Not sure what to expect with Lupron? Hopefully the side effects won't be too bad.

I felt the same way on my injection training day! That was a pretty exciting day for me! Lupron has been a piece of cake for me personally and I hope it will be for you too! I had some headaches, but nothing dreadful...that was about it! GL!

My baseline is tomorrow, and if all looks well, I start stims in a couple days.
IVF #1 w ICSI in July 2010 = BFN
IVF #2.1 in Oct 2010 converted to IUI = BFN
IVF #2.2 w ICSI in Dec 2010 = BFN
Met with new RE in new city on 1/31/11.
IVF #3 w ICSI in April 2011. HPT on 5/9 = BFP!
Beta #1 on 5/10 (10dp5dt) = 99.4. Beta #2 on 5/12 = 284. First u/s on 5/26. = Fraternal TWINS!
Twin boys born & lost on 8/16/11 at 18w1d due to PPROM & preterm labor.
IVF #4.1 in Jan 2012 converted to IUI on 1/7/12 = BFN
IVF #4.2 w ICSI in Feb 2012. Lupron on 2/10. Stims on 2/18. ER on 2/29- 7R,6F
ET scheduled for 3/5/12- nothing to transfer
Dh seeing new MFI uro & Dh starting meds- June 2012.
IVF #5 in Dec 2012 = BFFN.
IVF #6 planned for Spring 2013. Praying for our take home baby/ies.

Congrats, Deb! Looking forward to hearing about your mature fertilized eggs! Were you doing ICSI or natural fert?
I had my 2nd bw yesterday to see if my E2 was above 20 yet - and it was (30). The nurse called at 3pm and told me to go ahead and start stims right then! She said do my 2 morning shots then, with the evening 3 before bed. So - phew - we are off and runnin' with 2 days of stims already under my belt. Literally. ;-P I go in tomorrow morning for my first monitoring b/w and u/s...

Sorry I realized I asked you if you were doing ICSI and then I saw it in your sig line. Are you going to do assisted hatching? That was something they mentioned to me to consider based on my age. I haven't gotten that far so I am just still considering.

Throwing in an update for me -- had my first monitoring u/s and I have 3 follies on the right (all around a 9) and 1 on the left side (around a 9 also). Since it is only 2 1/2 days of stims and I had nothing going on at this visit last cycle, I am really happy! My E2 came back at either 80 or 90 (I was so excited I forgot!)

Nothing too huge to update on me just yet. . . I went for my suppression check this morning and am waiting for my nurse to call me. The ultrasound tech said everything was looking perfect though, and said I will probably start my stims tonight!

DX: Azoospermia
3 unmedicated IUI's, 1 with Clomid - all unsuccessful. Moving on to DIVF #1-BFP 5dp5dt!!! 1st Beta 1/23- 269!! Beta #2 1/26 - 882!!! Beta #3 1/30- 4,250!!! 1st ultrasound 2/10 showed TWINS!!! Found out on May 2nd we are having BOYS!
