Is this AF?

* This is C1 after BCP

I O'd on CD21.  I have very light spotting on CD26, 28, and 29. Slightly heavier spotting on CD30, and only a few drops of red flow the next day.  Now there's almost nothing!

I've had some fatigue and very light cramps, but nothing like a usual AF.  I've taken 2 HPT and both have been negative, but I'm only at 10DPO now.

 Should I continue testing or just assume that spotting for days on end is a very weak AF?

 I leave the country tomorrow morning... should I pack some HPTs to test in a few days?

    CD1 is the first day of red flow that requires a pad or tampon. Spotting is not your period. Keep testing once a week until your PD arrives or you get a positive pregnancy test. If you reach CD60 with neither, call your doctor who will most likely prescribe Provera to jumpstart your cycle.

    How do you know you ovulated on CD21? The only way to confirm ovulation is through charting.

    ETA: Just saw that you are charting. I am not sure what all the open circles are but that could have thrown your chart off a bit too.

    What kind of birth control were you on? I've heard that after getting off Nuva Ring people do have spotting... From what you have described I would not assume that was a period. Keep taking tests once a week.

    Your body is probably just adjusting to not being on BCP anymore.  The same thing happened to me.

    I've seen charts of a lot of women that spot for days before their actually period starts. You could just be of the "lucky" women that spot a lot or it could be your body adjusting to being off BC.
