How long to wait in between blood tests?

I have a blood test tomorrow that is not pregnancy related. How long should I wait before getting pregnancy blood work done? I was thinking a week, but is that too soon?

    It doesn't really matter. When I was first pregnant, I had to get blood drawn twice a week to measure various things. I have terrible veins, so they ofen had to draw from the same place within 2 days. No problems.

    They drew labs on me daily in the hospital after my surgery. I had some twice in one day before I left to go home. I was definitely pregnant then.
