Teething or flu?

My LO is just starting to cut a couple teeth. Last night he vomited, quite a bit, and only once. So I'm not sure if it's a flu bug or teething. Anyone else have a LO that vomited due to teething?

    Myabe it's just a stomach virus?  Maybe he just doesn't feel well and got sick?  Puking /= flu

    DS1 starting puking at 9 months randomly.  Coughing = puking, eat too much?  puke.  Too tired?  puke.  Crying?  puke.  Sometimes a little, sometimes a lot.

    if there are no other sypmtoms, why would you automatically assume flu?

    my son is teething and he puked one day last week for seemingly no reason.

    There were no other symptoms at all so I assumed it was due to teething. 

    He's been fine since then.  

     

    TTC #1 for over 5 years - too many to count IF treatments (tried everything and anything), repeat miscarriages. Finally, Sticky Success!! B/G Twins arrived 2011. VOTE on my Name List Baby Birthday Ticker Ticker
