how to identify braxton hicks

im a little over 23 weeks and i keep reading that around this point, or in a couple weeks, almost all expectant moms of multiples will experience BH....what do they feel like?  how will i know if im having them?

    I think you will just know that feeling when it hits.  The belly gets tight and as they progress they get a bit more painful (not bad) just uncomfortable, or at least they have been for me.
