if you use Miralax (for ur kids)

to help with constipation.  Can i put this in her morning milk? Or should it be just in water? TIA

    I put it in morning milk, but I do have to stir it after I pour it in because it can clump a little if not stirred in milk.

    We have used it in milk, juice, water, etc. with no problems.

    I haven't tried with milk, but I always use it with juice or water without any problems.

    We've been using Miralax for Cheyanne since she was one (she's now almost 4) and we've used it in milk, juice, water... All works just the same!

    DD's been on Miralax since she was about a year old.  I've always put it in her milk.  I mix it & give it to her with a small amount of milk (2 oz.) in a bottle before bedtime & shake it up really well.  It's the only bottle she gets a day but I've found that if she doesn't drink the entire dose in a short period of time it is not nearly as effective.
