What did Santa bring you this year?
What did you all get for gifts-from DH and others?
DH got me an Xbox Kinect workout game and a flat iron I wanted. My Mom got us a lot of things for the new house-a new set of bath towels, a photo for our bedroom, lots of Xmas decor and some clothes. My ILs got me a Wilton cake pan set, some flameless candles, a huge box of scented soaps and a GC to the salon I go to. My Dad will do gifts with us tomorrow but I'm 99% sure we're getting a new infant seat for the baby from him.

we had a great Christmas. DH made Ethan's old crib into a bench. I also got white gold hoops, philosopphy body wash and lotion, nail polish, perfume, socks and a scarf.
from my parents I got boots, clothes, a pandora safety clasp, pj's.
DH got me a huge pile of gift cards, a meatball maker, a mini two section crock pot, a new toaster, popcorn bowls and more pfaltzgraff dishes for my set
mom got me the pin i wanted badly from e-bay, a new jewelry book, ornament and a giraffe hinged box and dad got me a nerf gun and money!
my brother got me my macro lens for my camera, and a yankees waffle/sandwich makers - the gift that keeps on giving all year round!
at my in-laws i got three bottles of wine. amazon gc and a scarf and gloves
i also have a huge pile of (probably losing) scratch offs from everyone
i gave DH two bottles of body wash and as he opened them he asked me 'are you trying to tell me something?" i looked at the large pile of small kitchen appliances he gave me and asked him the same thing- lol!
hope everyone had a wonderful x-mas... i'm off to load my nerf gun to shoot my 'starving' cats during the night!
DH gave me 2 awesome sets of pajamagram jammies (so, so comfy), slippers, massage GC, GC to VS, 3 sets of Craftsman allen wrenches (I have been wanted these as I use them daily at work to fix/adjust people's wheelchairs), I think that I am forgetting something..
Date night from my sister (dinner, movie and babysitting
, giftcards, awesome blanket, necklace with the boys' birthstones, Turkey joints (local candy), GC to Kohls for some new clothes (yeah!)
A week away with IL side of family, renting a house in NC (we are now taking a trip every year instead of gift exchange...I love it)
DH got me a watch. It's a Fossil mens style, and I love it! He also got me some pj's, yoga pants, a Sephora gift card and a spa gift certificate. Evan got me a new lunch bag, which I love... I always bring my lunch in a grocery bag or something, so I'm excited to have a nice bag. DH said Evan picked it out too
My parents and gram gave us money.
My brother and SIL gave us tickets to a Sabres game in February... along w/ a night of babysitting!
A dishwasher, yahoo!
We actually got that last weekend and I can't wait to get it hooked up. Also gift cards to Lowes, Target and Kohls, and cash too. DH bought me a pasta roller, and ravioli molds (darn Drive Ins, Diners, and Dives for making us want to make them) and I got a bunch on kitchen stuff too, a dough cutter, new cookie sheet, new spatula and turner, magnetic spice jars, water bottles, leftover containers and a necklace with Juliana's name from thevvintagepearl. I definitely didn't expect all that!
Dh bought us a family membership to the YMCA. I am SO excited!
My parents surprised us with one of those electric fireplaces that doubles as an entertainment center. We can't wait to set that up.
We went this route too - only even less exciting. We gave each other a gun safe. Whoohoo haha. Well, one of us is excited, the other just knows it was needed and an inevitable purchase. I was actually the one that suggested it.
In reality, we just got new cell phones in the last month and while my wardrobe is bad/old enough that even dh has commented on it, I really don't see a point in upgrading until I'm at a stable weight after ds. So my birthday or christmas next year, I can ask for those things.
My parents gave me a membership to seabreeze which was what I asked for and am excited for that!
I was also very touched that people gave ds some gifts even though he is not here yet! My parents got him a few outfits and my mom made a blanket. FIL&MIL and GMIL gave him a couple pjs, and my grandma a blanket.
DH got me a Tiffany bracelet, and the Sony Bloggie video camera. IL's gave me a swarovski charm bracelet with a few charms, I also got the rainboots I was coveting!
Owen got all of BRU. If Fisher Price made a toy - its prob in our living room
Im sad because I was hoping for more clothes, and because he doesnt need all of these toys - I told everyone he needed 9 month stuff.... Im glad I bought him a bunch...
