  My advice would be to call your OB office after all the holiday drama and tell them. It sounds like you are having an allergic reaction to perfume.

  Even if you have never had this before you can acquire new allergies at any point in life as you can lose allergies.

  You also might be experiencing atrial fibrillation it is when your heart beats rapidly and at an irregular pace. (I AM NO DOCTOR NOR IS THIS A DIAGNOSIS)

  Or you simply may have come to that point in pregnancy where baby just doesn't have to room and is giving your lungs a good ole kick.

  You might also ask your OB to monitor your BP. My heart rate seams to be much faster and feels like it will beat out of my chest when my BP goes up.

  And very lastly you could be having a good ole fashion anxiety attack.

  Thanks so much for the advice. I think it must be a new allergy bc now it is even happening when someone sits next to me in a movie theater or whatnot. I have an appt with the dr tomorrow so I'll see what he says.
