Enfamil recall

Ladies, I just heard on the news that some enfamil has been recalled.  I'm not sure of the details, but wanted to let everyone know ASAP.

    Walmart in MO recalled a lot#, it is not a national recall.  A infant died from a bacterial infection and he was on Enfamil.  The Enfamil was tested before it was sent for sale and showed no bacteria.  I'm guessing it was hygeine issues at home.

    I don't think the baby was at home yet...I think baby was still in the hospital (premie).  I could be wrong about this though.

    More stores have pulled that particular batch just until the test results come back.

    As of now there is no official recall.

    I hate to say it because the loss of a child is extremely tragic, but maybe a tiny bit of good will come out of this and people will realize that the instructions on the box of formula about carefully mixing it are actually important.
