Would you cook or toss?

Dh picked out a frozen turkey that is stuffed. Without looking at it I just put it in the fridge (thinking it would take 3-4 days to thaw like a normal turkey) I just started looking at it and it tells you not to thaw just to put it in the oven. Would you cook it? I definitely do not want food poisoning and I don't want the kids sick either. Would you toss it or cook it or what?

how long was it in the fridge? I would toss it if it was in overnight but I'm paranoid like that.

It's been in the fridge? Then it's fine. It just might be tricky with cooking. But I was reading an article in Cook's Magazine about how it's ok to refreeze thawed meat so long as its only thawed in the fridge. Then the only issue is that it had less moisture. But so long as its stayed in the fridge then it's at safe temperatures.

As long as it has been in the fridge you are fine. Having it thawed only makes the cooking time different it isn't bad.
