incision bleeding at 12 weeks postpartum?!?!?!

i just noticed that my c-section incision has a small hole i'm bleeding out of still and i'm 12 weeks postpartum. it doesn't bleed too bad on it's own but if i push above it blood oozes out (sorry TMI). has this happened to anyone? should i go to the ER or call my Dr first thing in the morning?

    call your ob and place a bandage over it so it stays clean.  Call the after hours line jic they want you to go in, thugh they will probably have you come in the morning.  Call them.

    I would leave it alone, cover it with some antibiotic ointment and a band-aid, and call your doctor in the morning.

    I'd call the after hours line in case they want you to come in. I would make sure they take a look at it tomorrow at the latest. My incision reopened at 2 weeks and had to be packed until 14 weeks.

    have your doc check it out.

    my c/s incision took a LONG time to heal... my OB was about to send me to a wound center b/c it wasn't healing up (wasn't infected, didn't hurt, but was still oozing/bleeding more than it should have a couple months out).... but then it just started to heal - and it was also when i started to use the hairdryer on it to keep it really dry after showers, etc.

    I had this at 5 wk post. I just let it do its thing kept it clean didnt take any baths. And I am fully healed now but thats almost 8 month post. If it is really worring you call your DR.
