Healthy lunch ideas for 3 year old

Would you mind sharing some of your favorite healthy lunch (to pack and have at home) ideas for a 3 year old.   TIA.

Re: Healthy lunch ideas for 3 year old

  • We often have leftovers.

I also try to keep lunch meat and cheese on hand to have rolled together, or in a tortilla or to be used in a grilled sandwich.

We also have an array of veggies everyday. Carrots and small tomatoes are great to snack on and can be taken anywhere. DS also loves peapods and celery.

  • Dd has always loved plain firm tofu. I just dice it like cheese. Grape tomatoes. I send leftover cooked broccoli to school cold.
