Beta Blockers and c sections?

So my cardiologist just placed me on Sectral (Beta Blocker) for blood pressure, migraine, and Tachycardia issues I have been having that my pacemaker cannot take care of.  After reading some information I am wondering if you can have a c section while on a beta blocker?  I essentially need to stay on this medication until I deliver as my symptoms will become more frequent and worse the bigger the baby gets so stopping 1-2 weeks before a c section would not be too great, especially since you need to be weaned off of Sectral and can't just stop .

    I have been on methaldopa before I was pregnant, during my pregnancy, and after my pregnancy.  It is a beta blocker and I had my C-section.  In fact I went into labor the night before my scheduled C-section and when I got to the hospital my bp spiked up to 200/110.  So they put me on a 2nd bp med.  So I was taking my normal one and a new one.  Neither were ever an issue with my C-section.
