you know what hurts more than childbirth?

when your toddler learns to walk, learns to run, and takes their first bad fall..... Alexis just hit her head sooo bad. I just got her calmed and playing again, but omg my heart was breaking listening to her cry in pain.....She's ok now, but man.... It's like when she had a 105.5 fever and we were in urgent care with IV's in her... omg again the heartbreaking pain...

    Awww! I totally know how you feel. When we had to take DD to the hospital when she fell & sliced her ear totally in two. It was just awful!

    Aww, that is hard. My niece (I lived with her and her mom until she was almost 3) fell a couple times really bad and would get bump on top of bump. Felt so bad...she's so clutsy like me.
    Another heartbreaking thing...my dog snapped at her once, he actually broke skin on her face. She had her face covered as she's screaming (a few months ago) and the terror that was running through me for that moment before she moved her hand. I don't know if anything could have compared to that. I was more upset that my sister was...weirdly enough, but I will never forget that feeling.

    I hope your DD doesn't have any more falls anytime soon!
