Tylenol for headaches

I have had all day nausea for weeks, but today, I have a terrible headache. Is anyone taking tylenol for headaches?

Completely safe to take tylenol.

I had the worst migrain a few weeks back and I didnt take it. I think you can- however, I don't want to chance it.

I did the old fashion remedies. wheaty on my head- bath tub and cold or warm compresses and slept.

I googled it and found conflicting answers, and never asked my dr. but I try not to take anything JMO. I don't even drink pop while pregnant

Im sure on here you will find ppl that do - good luck

Tylenol is fine to take while pregnant. Seems to be one of the only things we can take...lol.

I gave up pop as well with my last pregnancy and will do the same this pregnancy. I gave up caffeine completely!

My doc said it's safe but it does nothing for me! I reserve my daily 200 mg of caffeine until the last minute, in case I need it to solve a headache fix.

Headaches were one of my first signs - I just thought I had a migrain and was taking excedrin (DO NOT TAKE THIS) Tylenol is safe though - just follow the instructions!
