Do your infants switch off or have their "own" seat? Is it better to have 2 different patterns to tell each ones apart or does it not matter if they share and switch? I was just thinking if they are sick, etc. but they will be sharing a crib so does it matter if they share car seats?
Re: infant carseats - same pattern or different?
We are having boy/girl so we are getting a very similar pattern but one that is pink and black and one that is tan and black.
We have the same color/pattern. However, the hospital gave us emergency stickers whenever the bases/seats were installed, so we put those on the inside. Once we did that, we wanted to make sure the boys were always in their own seat, so instead of having to look at the sticker (under the padding) each time, we marked their initials on the inside of the handle.
One of the reasons this was important to us is because the boys have different blood types...our rationale just being that if the hospital needed to know them apart, and something had happened to us, etc.
