I dislike milk as is. But I do love hot chocolate & have been drinking it frequently to get calcium. I also eat alot of cheese & have yogurt a couple times a week. I'm not sure how much is enough, but this is way more than I used to intake.
When I was pregnant, i was going through almost 2 gallons of milk a week. It was ridiculous, my body was just craving it. But I like milk. There are plenty of other ways for you to get your calcium though if you don't like it. Yogurt, cheese, even broccoli has some calcium in it.
I love milk, so I went through a lot. Carnation quick start breakfast drink was just about the only thing I could tolerate without trowing it up, so I drank tons. I think I went through 3-4 gallons of milk a week.
Re: how much milk are you drinking?
I don't think I've drank one glass of milk in the last 10 years.
I ate a lot of yogurt when I was pregnant and probably had my fair share of ice cream too.

You can get the calcium and vitamin D in other ways. Don't limit yourself to just milk/dairy!!
That said I have milk/dairy every day, lol.
