We're having a standing rib roast, baked potatoes, and a salad. Mom's asking us each to bring side dishes that are something "interesting" that we haven't had before. Pinterest isn't working for me right now...so whatcha got?
delish and easy. It is a good 10-15 minutes of prep when I make it with 5-7 zucchini but if I can make it all and stuff them the day before so that all I have to do is pop them into the oven.
I did a mashed sweet potato last x mas it had maple syrup and marshmallows on the top, and it was easy and loved by all. I don't remember where I found the recipie, online somewhere.
Hey I just met you, and you're my baby. This is your family, we're kind of crazy...
I love this carrot souffle and will be making it this year--very easy and yummy!!

Re: Delicious (and easy!) side dish
Here are some from the side dish recipe swap I did on What's Cooking awhile back.
My absolute favorite side right now is Whiskey Glazed Carrots
Those carrots look amazing! I might do that. :-)
