What snacks are you eating during the day for energy?

I really need some help here. i am so exhausted (like i'm sure most of us are), what kind of snacks do you find give you a boost?

  • Almonds, apples, clementines, string cheese.  These are my go to afternoon snacks, and I do feel a certain boost after eating them. :)

  • Blue Diamond makes some awesome cinnamon and brown sugar roasted almonds! I love those! I do pistachios too. Every now and then, Puffy Cheetos are my go-to.

  • i've been eating clementines like it's my job!

  • Apples are my favorite snack. 

    Mmmm..the previous poster just gave me an idea...pistachios.  I love them and have not had them in ages.

    I gotta tell you... I'm a little jealous! Clementines were my favorite fruit, but now they give me horrible heartburn.

  • Sometimes I feel like I snack more than I eat real meals. Sometimes I honestly just take my snacks and eat them in one sitting and call it a meal. Yogurt (activia with fiber - godsend), babybel cheese, apples, mandarin oranges, cashews... and any other type of fruit I can get my hands on.

  • Applesauce, string cheese, fruit (oranges like crazy), cereal. I was doing pistachios, too, but I ran out...boo.

  • Clementines (ate like 10 pounds in one week 2 weeks ago), bananas, apples, cheese and crackers, hot & sour soup (newest craving), raisin toast, popcorn, fruit and yogurt parfaits

     

    No wonder I'm never full! 

  • Laughing cow cheese and crackers, almonds, mixed nuts, mandarin oranges. I wish I could eat yogurt but it makes me gag right now.

    D&E - Bled out. Blood transfusions. Week in ICU - Cheated Death!
    Diagnosis: Blood clotting and bleeding disorder, immune issues, & cervical stenosis
    5/10 - 1st IVF cycle - BFN
    FET - 10/12/10 - BFN
    1/11 - IVF with PGD - BFN
    IVF - May - BFN
    6/11 New RE - fingers crossed!
    9/11 - IVF - 4 transferred
    10/13 - BFP!!
    It's a boy! Clint Michael, Due in June!!!
