We have to pack a lunch for DD at her new school and I don't want her eating the same thing everyday. She can be kind of a picky eater so we typically give her turkey, chicken nuggets or a quesadilla, some kind of fruit, cheese or yogurt and a whole grain like bread or Cheerios. It can't require refrigeration but I can use ice packs to keep it cool. They can also heat stuff up in a microwave if we pack something that requires heating. Please give me your best picky toddler packed lunch ideas. We have two Goodbyn lunch boxes (which don't have any place to put a freezer pack) but I'm open to buying new bento/lunch boxes, if needed. Thanks!
Re: Picky toddler packed lunch ideas and lunch box recs
We use laptop lunches for our bento boxes.
bagel thins w/ cream cheese and/or jelly
pancakes or waffles (I put maple syrup in the small container for dipping)
turkey roll ups
Our daycare has a chef, but my daughter has SPD and won't eat...therefore, I have to pack every day to!
I use this blog alot for cute ideas.

Only made them once, but they were a big hit and I know that other nesties like them:
Pepperoni Pizza Puffs

They supposedly freeze well and can be packed so that they are at room temp by lunch time.
