DD's c's come out as t's. So if you are trying to figure out what she is saying chances are if you switch out the letters you can figure it out pretty quick.
I have no idea, we very rarely "name" letters. But I understand her about 90% of the time and she can keep up her end of a conversation with me, DH, her teachers and other adults she's familiar with.

DD does this too - her c's and k's sound like t's.

"F" She says the letter "S" instead. We have to keep reminding her to put her teeth to her lips to say "F" and then she'll do it. But, she always reverts back to saying the "S" sound for "F".

For my DD it's L's and R's as well.
She says both Riving Room or Living Loom. Also for three, she says free.
