things for sale on forum, is this allowed?

I have a brand new diaper bag I want to sell, but I am not sure if I am able to advertise of the forums.  After my wedding, I sold some things on the knot, but I think there was a specific spot on there that I did that.  Does anyone know if such thing exists on the bump? Thanks!
