Will this schedule kill my supply?

My 4 week old is suddenly sleeping long stretches during the night. She went 5 hours between feedings (from start of one feeding to start of the next one) Sun night and 6 hours the past two nights. I'm very full, but not engorged, for her first feeding after that. The rest of the day I feel pretty empty and she eats every 2 to 3 hours. She's very fussy between these feedings and can't settle down for a good nap. Are long nighttime stretches leaving her frustrated and unsatisfied during the day? And is it going to kill my supply in the long run? This sleep has been great for me the past few nights. I'm worried the response is going to be that at this early age, I have to squeeze in a middle of the night pumping session....

  • Your body will regulate to her schedule.

FWIW, I woke my LO after 3 hours day and night for the first 6 weeks.  They say it takes 6 weeks for your body to regulate....

  • My LO is now going longer at night....sometimes 5-6 hours. Plus I give DH a bottle of BM to do a feeding so when I wake 6-8 hours later to nurse him, my boobs are ready! Sometimes they are already leaking but other times they aren't! I just need to sleep and they are like this only in the mornings. I feed him and then an hour later pumped 6.5 oz this morning!
