i wish i could go to sleep and wake up in 6 months

My stbxh moved out Saturday.  The rollercoaster of emotions is so hard.  I go back and forth from feeling strong and resolute to feeling despair and second-guessing myself.  I just want to crawl in a hole and wake up with the worst being over.

    Thank you.  I am trying to hold it together, but I really didn't think I would feel this way.  I guess I just need to take it 'one day at a time'.
