Is anyone going out to eat on Christmas Eve? The thought of cooking a meal does not sound the least bit interesting to me. Going out to eat sounds AWESOME! Are resturants open on Christmas Eve?

    Yes!! It's a tradition in my family - we spend every Christmas Eve at Taste of Texas (in Houston) with several families I grew up with. It's one of the best traditions ever. I would bet most nicer restaurants are open - but I'd call to check, just in case, and to see if you need reservations.
