I always forget to ask specific questions, at doctor's appointments too. I finally started keeping notes on my phone, so I remember what to ask. That sounds good that he's not giving you a hard time about VBAC, though - yay!
I had a little notebook last pregnancy, and I still usually forgot to ask questions!
Luckily I remember to ask the one that affects my job. I work at an opthalmology office, and I have always been told to avoid patients with certain diseases while pregnant, and I didn't think it was necessary, and my OB confirmed that for me.
I go back in 3 weeks to have an ultrasound, and I will try to remember my notebook of questions, and make DH remind me. Now, I just have to decide whether or not to bombard him with them all at once, or spread them out over a few visits.

This exactly! I would always forget my questions, so I started bringing my notebook with me.
