not exactly postnatal, but on xfinity on demand there were several high intensity workout videos that I used this summer to get back in shape. I liked them better b/c they're free (with the subscription) and I could change things up so I wouldn't get bored. I dropped 20 lbs in 2 months (2 work outs/day + 3 mi. of walking + changing my diet)... and then I got preggers again....GL!
I am going to get Tony Horton's 10 minute workout series. I did Insanity for a bit before I got pregnant and it helped me lose enough weight to get preggers I figure the 10 minute workouts I can fit in throughout the day and less likely to get interupted and not get through it because it is short. I've have a lot of friends recommend that as well as Jillian's 30 minute Shred (I think that's what it's called).
