Help! Sudden decrease in Milk supply

I have twins and need about 50-60 oz.of milk each day.  They have been on breastmilk entirely for about 2 months.  Prior, I had to give each 1-2 feedings of formula/day.  All of a sudden, I am not pumping as much.  Before bed and in the morning, I am pumping about 6-8 oz when I normally pumped 9-12 oz.  I do a mixture of breastfeeding and pumping throughout the day and tend to breastfeed in the night and early morning. 

Any ideas what happened and how to fix it?

    Which pump do you have?  The medela Pisa needs to have the membranes changed every month or so or it loses suction.

    Putting your babes to your breast more often than usual might stimulate an increase in milk supply.
