If anyone is up for answering? I am wondering if a miscarriage might decrease one's milk supply or dry it up altogether. I hope this question does not hurt anyone.

I had 2 miscarriages - a blighted ovum and another w/o a fetal pole - while BFing DD1 but she was about 19 and 22mo with each and they were both noticed around 6 weeks and passed during the 7th weeks so very early. I didn't notice a difference but if you were further along ie more hormonal changes, I would expect it could certainly cause breast tenderness leading to decrease nursing which would decrease supply along with the hormonal changes. Sorry you are having to ask this question.
