Update from appointment today!

in January 2012 Moms
As many of you know I was 3-4cm and 70% for the last 2 weeks and on bedrest until today, now that I'm 37 weeks and full-term! and at my appointment this am I was now 4-5cm and 70%...still no contractions, just crampy sometimes...looks like it might be soon for us!

    You are my hero and my role model. I was hospitalized for contractions and was 1cm and 80% effaced last week. I am now on bed rest and my ultimate goal is to make it to 37 weeks. I'm on a hefty dose of Procardia and I am just praying I can do it so I can have my baby at the birth center like I really wanted to.

     Your story gives me hope!

    i'll be praying for you!! netflix and the hunger games series were my saving graces the last 2 weeks...now im actually going back to work tomorrow... i'll probably bend over and have my water break and have a wonderfully embarrasing story for the future! and same as you I had to get to this point to deliver at the hospital i wanted to (no NICU)...and am so happy! you can do it...DH cooked, cleaned, shopped, everything and i just sat and watch and directed from the couch! haha now i'm ready to get the ball rolling, as i believe being this dilated on my own is quite odd for a FTM..and not sure how long it can last!

    Thanks so much for your support. I have been reading quite a bit, catching up on naps, and watching Netflix, too. My DH is also a saint. Thank goodness we have awesome hubbies.

    Wow! Congrats! I'm with a midwife so I've no idea of anything. I have to admit I envy you because I'm secretly hoping lo comes a little early. Hope everything goes wonderfully for you and your lo.

    I don't want LO to come before the holidays, but I am jealous that you're progressing that much before labor. Each cm will make it shorter later on...congrats on that! Good luck!
