  Hang in there mama. It took us 3 wks for latch issues, see a LC asap. 2 more weeks to heal cracked and bleeing nipples. 2-3 more weeks with supply issues. This is all just with LO #3. DDs I had no problems with. GL

  Have you tried football hold?  I think this is by far the easiest postion to get a good latch.

  Oh hang in there momma! After a couple of months you will sit down to nurse and before you even get the Boppy situated, LO will have latched him or herself! I used to latch and relatch 5 times becasue I was so scared of gettig sore nipples or whatever else, and it must have worked because I never got sore nipples. You'll fumble for a while but then it becomes SOOOOOO easy!

  DD is almost 3 mos old and can't latch.  It's not her fault; I'm shaped funny.  But I know I'll never be able to BF "normally".  For us it was best to move on to pumping and bottles.  But for most women 2 weeks is like a day!  It will most likely get much better for you.  Even for us 2 weeks was the pits compared to 4 weeks and then 8 weeks...
