Timing question

I am on the every three hours feeding for my LO. She is latching on (great now) and spending about 15 mins each side. I am also supplementing due to weight gain and having had a breast reduction a few years ago.

So my question is this, I am still having to wake her up to nurse. Since it takes her about 30 minutes to nurse, then another 15/20 minutes to take her bottle should I start my three hour time from when she finished feeding or when she started?

For example: I just fed her starting at 3, she finished at 3:50 should I feed her again at 6 or 7??

I know I can just base it on her showing signs of hunger.

I would go more by her hunger signs, but generally I think the count is from the start of feeding.

I have the same exact sitution- reduction and supplimenting. It is supposed to be from the start of the feeding but follow what the baby wants to do. I've had feedings take over an hour and she just isn't hungry when it's three hours from the start
