  We'll be having brunch.. 
  
  I'm making a asparagus and zuchinni frittata, blueberry muffins and I'm attempting to make Giada's orange pound cake to try to get rid of the millions of oranges we have in our trees. 
  
  Mom is making chicken apple sausage and a Honeybaked ham. 
  
  I think there will also be fruit salad and cranberry mimosas brought by my sister.

  For Christmas Eve, we're having an antipasti platter (olives, cheeses, flatbread, marinated vegetables, etc), mixed nuts, other random snacks, and beverages. For dinner, we're having cheese fondue with bread and veggies, and a Linzertorte for dessert.

  For Christmas morning, we're having coffee cake, a breakfast strata (my mom's traditional recipe), fruit and coffee

  For Christmas dinner, it's herb crusted beef tenderloin, roasted Brussels Sprouts and potatoes au gratin.

  Christmas Eve dinner is at my parents house. We're hosting brunch for 10 people at 11 am Christmas morning. Think the menu will be:

  Mimosa/Bloody Mary/OJ/Coffee

  Chili cheese egg puff

  Cinnamon Rolls

  Fruit Salad

  Caesar Salad

  Sausage

  Oven roasted potatoes w/olive oil & rosemary

  Christmas Eve is at my cousin's house and there are 35 of us.  We're having too many things to list since everyone is bringing something.

  Christmas Morning we're having brunch - French toast, eggs, fruit salad, bacon.
