3 inches below my belly button?

All the weekly updates say my uterus should be felt 3 inches below my belly button... yah right!! Try right at/above my belly button! I even have a really high belly button. It's funny how everyone grows different. I can even see where baby is hanging out when I lay on my back down.. makes using the doppler SUPER easy!

Where is everyone else feeling the top of their ute?

    Right in the area you are! But I have a short torso so that could be my explanation. If my bladder isn't empty when I lay down, I can see/feel exactly where it is! It's such a great feeling to watch it grow Smile

    Mine is about 4 inches below my belly button and the baby is a little lower.  I'm tall and have a long torso so I think everyone is different.

    I'm not totally sure, I haven't mastered the ability to "feel my uterus" yet. I'm still confused what I'm feeling for! It feels hard above my belly button, but I have a really short torso/waist.

    That's how I was with DS. I'm not sure where it is now because I forgot to ask my doctor at my last appointment and I suck at feeling it for myself.

    Mine is still a couple of inches below my belly button, but I know she/he will be riding high soon.  DD liked to hang out up in my rib cage area, so I'm assuming this one will do the same.

    I might be feeling it wrong, but I feel mine about an inch below my bellybutton. My bump looks so low to me. I don't get it. I am kind of short waisted though, so maybe since there isn't too much room between the downstairs and upstairs that is why

    Mine is about 3 inches below my belly button. My uterus is really low.

    I can't frigging tell. I want to feel it and know where it is, but I guess I'll have to wait and ask my OB next Tues, because it all feels tight and hard to me.

    My baby is still in my pelvis area. Yesterday at my doc appt, doc was looking for the heartbeat & it seemed like forever before she found it... It took forever because she was search g around my belly when the baby was actually still between my hips! So that little "bump" I have is all guts & no baby! Uhg! I was wondering why I hadn't felt my uterus yet ;)
