Huh... LO name comment in Christmas card

Just opened a Christmas card from my aunt and in in her message she wrote, "talked with your mom about the name for my great niece and wish you would think of something else".

I'm not really offended or anything and most people have said they like our name choice (Scarlett), but I do find it to be an unusual message for a Christmas card! It's actually pretty funny.
Thought I'd share :-)

I think that's hilarious and something my husband's Aunt would do (granted she's 90). Not saying it was right..just a cute old-person type of thing.

yeah you're taking it much better than i would have! I would be giving my mom a call in tears to vent about it. But then again, that's why we aren't sharing names with family b/c I really can't take their opinions into acount or we'd NEVER narrow it down to one name.

What the WHAT? I would at least be mildly miffed. If that isn't passive aggressive nonsense I don't know what is. And that Christmas card damn well would not end up taped to the entertainment system with the others.
