New paint colors. WDYT? (nbr)

Trying to decide which color to paint.  I'm not a fan of yellow and I've lived with it for 4 years because DH likes it.  I have to say that it's kept our house feeling fairly light (important in the rainy NW).  I'm trying to keep to a neutral color in case we rent our condo out in the near future.

Sorry the picture quality isn't great.  I don't know where DH put the camera so I took this with my phone.

    Personally, I would always go with the lightest shade. Neutrals always end up beind darker than you expect once the whole area is painted. :)

    I would love to paint a room in my house a dark brown color to make it feel cozy.  :)  But if you're thinking of renting your condo out in the future I'd go with the lighter color, it's not so drastic and would probably appeal to a wider variety of people.  
    I used to be a big deal.  Now I'm just old.

    Yeah, my old condo were those shades.  Unless you have a TON of light, go with the lighter shade for sure.  Maybe an accent wall of the darker? 

    I do like the colors you picked though, they will work well with the PNW weather!!

    I'm not afraid of dark colors.... but I do like the lighter one here :)
